When you start losing hope

in the ground that you stood

as the clouds get darker

n u dont feel so good

with Christ by your side

you can be glad

 

When friends become enemies

n insults are thrown

you dont feel loved

no one to call your own

its not yet the end

with Christ by your side

you have a friend

 

Your body may be weak

ur mind a mess

ur souls in danger

ur heart in distress

Dont stop keep moving

no no its not dead

with Christ by your side

salvation lies ahead

 

Many are the troubles

on to you that poke

faith joy and peace

may seem like a joke

hey hey hey dont stop

dont say the final word

why worry dear friend

He's overcome the world

 

Is His arm too short

that HE cannot reach?

Are HIS ears so dull

that HE wont hear you speak?

Hush Hush, HE says

Iv caught your tear

in the arms of your Shepherd

you have nothing to fear.

Mohammad One look into his face and the only word that pops into your mind is drugs. One wouldn’t linger for long on his face with its completely blanked out expression. Waiting

An inevitable part of our lives. Waiting. Personally I dread any sort of long queues. There are very few things I would stand in line for(I am still trying to figure out which those few are!). I am sure my dislike has something to do with being the 10th of a long line of offspring! But there's usually a lot more periods of waiting in our lives apart from these. Waiting to get married. Waiting to get a job. Waiting to have a baby. Waiting for a healing. Waiting for direction from God. Waiting to meet your children. The list is unending. As someone once said patience isn't about how long you wait but your attitude while you wait. One scripture that I love is when Jesus said, 'Dont worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself'. (Mt 7:34a) In my walk with the Lord i've grown to treasure my Todays. Australia

So I landed in Australia on February 6 in the year 2015. It was summertime and I reached in the evening so the air was very pleasant and breezy. To my very pleasant surprise I was out of the airport within half an hour of landing. I had the sniffer dogs approval:) As I stepped out I saw a person who looked like my spouse gazing in my direction with a huge grin. Heck, this guy looked like he was a fresh army recruit, lean, tanned and with a crew cut!!(read high salon prices) With my ardent love for the defence forces I had no complaints and ran into his arms! A good friend had offered their car and so we drove home about an hour away. As I looked around me it didn't look too different from an Indian highway except for the high speed and variety of cars. Id had a good nod on the flight so wasn't too tired either. We reached our apartment and slowly loaded our stuff into the lift and reached our landing.
